Desktop Engineer (4 Months Contract - Extendable)
Purpose
• Provide Desktop Support and Implementation Roll-out.
Scope
• Ensuring smooth operations of Desktop and Laptop roll-outs.
• Provide first line response for users requiring assistance with information technology issues and problems.
• Track issues to resolution updating the internal knowledge base and/or communicating learning’s with relevant business units.
Requirement:
• Shift work is required
• 8am – 8pm or 9pm – 9am (will also include weekend shift at time)
• Able to start work immediately
• Diploma or Degree Holder
• Currently in Singapore
